The Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing celebrates each student’s completion of the program and other student achievements at the fall and spring convocation ceremonies. Following the convocation ceremony, the Faculty of Nursing hosts a come and go event for students and their close ones to celebrate the completion of their program.

Receiving a nursing pin is a time-honored tradition within the nursing profession. The receipt of a nursing pin dates before the turn of the 20th century and marks a graduate’s passing from student to practicing nurse. It is a symbolic welcoming of graduates to the profession.
