Overview of the SCBScN Bilingual Option
The Bilingual Option of the SCBScN program is offered in partnership with the University of Regina, Saskatchewan Polytechnic and La Cité universitaire francophone.
You will have the opportunity to complete your 4-year nursing degree with 50% of the courses offered in French and 50% offered in English. This is the only degree nursing program in Saskatchewan that offers a Bilingual Option.

What’s Different
Students in the Bilingual Option will expand their professional communication skills in Canada’s two official languages and increase their career opportunities. You will be able to provide services in the French language to residents of Saskatchewan who prefer their care provided in French.
Why Apply
You can remain in Saskatchewan while completing your nursing degree in both French and English. You will have access to tutoring and other student supports in French at La Cité universitaire francophone. Scholarships unique to students in the Bilingual Option are available.
The Bilingual Option is available in Regina with 14 admission seats. The cohort size provides the opportunity for smaller class sizes and the ability to develop close, supportive relationships.
Admission can take place at the secondary level (see below) or at the post-secondary level (see below).
